SHIPPING POLICY
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders under £50 cost £3.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £5.99 or Special Next Day Delivery (for Next Working Day before 1pm) for £8.95.
FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders containing ZYMOX® via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders received after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
CHILLED PRODUCT SHIPPING (SPECIAL DELIVERY)
NOTICE: If your order includes a chilled item, it will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next Day due to the perishable nature of the product.
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
- Chilled orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only to avoid weekend delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (7–10 BUSINESS DAYS)
International shipping times typically range from 7–10 business days, excluding customs processing time. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for checking and complying with their country’s customs rules and regulations. Boss Pets Ltd is not responsible for delays, returns, damages, or confiscations caused by customs authorities.
International shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination country. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded for shipments returned, delayed, damaged, or destroyed by customs.
Returns are not accepted on international orders.
We do not ship pet food, prescriptions, or chilled/refrigerated products internationally.
Please note that we cannot guarantee temperature-sensitive items shipped internationally will remain cold or arrive in suitable condition. Refunds or reshipments will not be issued for temperature-sensitive international orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand things don’t always go as planned. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process smooth and stress-free.
To begin a return, please email info@bosspets.co.uk within the timeframes outlined below. If you choose to use our pre-paid returns label, the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
CHANGE OF MIND / BUYER’S REMORSE
You can return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send out the correct product as soon as possible.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Take a photo of the issue if you can—it helps us improve our packaging or resolve issues with our delivery partners. We’ll cover the return cost and send out a replacement promptly.
NO RETURNS ON CHILLED ITEMS
Due to the perishable nature of chilled products, we are unable to accept returns once the item has been dispatched. Please ensure availability to receive the parcel upon delivery.
