Brushless ultrasonic dental care for dogs and cats – The emmi®-pet Basic Set 1.0 is a starter kit using ultrasound rather than bristles, with no brushing, no vibration and no noise. Supplied with an English box and user manual. Available at Boss Pets UK.

Made for pets that will not be brushed – The absence of movement and sound is the point: it suits animals with sensitive gums and those that panic at a conventional toothbrush.

Used with emmi®-pet toothpaste – The paste carries the ultrasound, so the system is designed to be used with it rather than with ordinary toothpaste.

Supports hygiene, alongside veterinary dental care – Daily care helps manage plaque before it hardens. Tartar already on the teeth needs removing professionally under anaesthetic, and red or bleeding gums, dropping food or pawing at the mouth need a vet.

Key Features

Ultrasonic Dental Cleaning – Uses vibration-free technology to clean teeth and gums without scrubbing.

Effective Plaque & Tartar Removal – Helps reduce bad breath, prevent gingivitis, and maintain oral hygiene.

Certified Animal-Friendly – Approved by Austria’s FFT for safe use in pets.

Energy-Saving Auto-Off – Automatically shuts off after 6 minutes to preserve battery life.

Improved Charging Indicator – Blue LED lights while charging; turns off once fully charged.

Built-In Safety Detection – Device only powers on when a brush head is attached.

Benefits

Ideal for Sensitive Pets – No movement, buzzing, or irritation—making dental care easier for anxious animals.

Backed by Clinical Research – Developed using technology adapted from human ultrasonic dental systems.

Supports Gum Health – Reduces inflammation and strengthens gum tissue with regular use.

Fresher Breath & Cleaner Teeth – Delivers visible results with consistent use.

How to Use

Attach Brush Head – Snap the small or large ultrasonic attachment into place.

Apply Ultrasonic Toothpaste – Use emmi®-pet toothpaste to activate ultrasound cleaning.

Hold Against Teeth – No motion needed—just hold in place and let the device do the work.

Use Regularly – Recommended 2–3 times per week for ongoing dental maintenance.

How It Works

96 Million Oscillations/Minute – Micro-vibrations break down biofilm and bacteria deep below the gumline.

Silent, Motionless Cleaning – No mechanical brushing—completely gentle on pets.

Penetrates Gum Pockets – Reaches into tight spaces to improve overall oral health.

Why Choose

Starter Kit Includes Everything You Need – Brush, charger, toothpaste, and attachments.

FAQs

What’s included in the Basic Set? – Ultrasonic handle, charger, 2 brush heads (small & large), and 1 emmi®-pet toothpaste.

Is it safe for small breeds or cats? – Yes, includes a small attachment suitable for cats and toy breeds.

Does it vibrate or make noise? – No. It is 100% silent and motionless.

How long should I use it per session? – Sessions last up to 6 minutes; target key areas in each session.

Is it available in the UK? – Yes, in stock at Boss Pets with fast UK delivery.

FAQs

How is it different from a normal toothbrush?

There is no brushing. The head is held against the teeth and gum line and the cleaning is done by ultrasound, with no movement or noise.

Will my nervous dog tolerate it?

That is what it is designed for. Introduce it gradually over several short sessions rather than attempting a full clean on day one.

Do I need the special toothpaste?

Yes. The paste carries the ultrasound, so the system is designed around it.

Is it suitable for cats?

It is used for dogs and cats. Use the smaller attachment heads for cats.

Will it remove existing tartar?

It helps manage plaque, the soft film that hardens into tartar. Tartar already on the teeth needs professional removal by a vet under anaesthetic.

When should I see my vet?

Red or bleeding gums, dropping food, pawing at the mouth, loose teeth or a change in breath. A device does not replace a dental examination.
