Glandex® Anal Gland Pet Wipes are a convenient way to keep your dog or cat’s rear end clean and to control the odour that anal gland secretions leave behind. They are made for cleaning the anal area, including after gland expression, and are infused with the enzymatic deodoriser DeoPlex® alongside aloe vera and vitamin E, so they are gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin. The same wipes work for a quick clean of paws, coat and face between baths, which is why groomers keep them to hand. Suitable for dogs and cats.

Key Features

For cleaning the rear end – Wipes for hygiene and odour control around the anal area, for dogs and cats.

Used by groomers – A convenient way to clean up between baths.

Cleaning, not gland support – The wipes address odour and cleanliness on the outside; the Glandex chews are the supplement that works on stool consistency.

External use only – Avoid the eyes, and do not use inside the body.

Stop if the skin is sore – Do not wipe broken, raw or bleeding skin; that needs a vet rather than cleaning.

Available at Boss Pets UK – With fast, tracked UK delivery.

Benefits

A quick, practical way to freshen up your pet’s rear end after gland expression or an accident, without a full bath. The enzymatic deodoriser tackles anal gland odour at the source rather than masking it, and the wipes are gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin in both dogs and cats.

How to Use

Take one wipe from the container and gently clean the anal area, or any other part of your dog or cat such as the paws, face or coat. Dispose of the used wipe in the bin. Safe for daily use. Keep the container tightly closed so the wipes stay moist.

How It Works

Glandex® wipes contain DeoPlex®, an enzymatic deodoriser that breaks down strong odours, including those from anal gland secretions. Aloe vera and vitamin E help condition the skin while you clean, so the wipes stay comfortable on your pet’s rear end and other sensitive spots.

Why Choose

Quick and practical – A wipe is easier than a bath when the problem is localised odour.

For dogs and cats – One pack for a multi-pet household.

Pairs with the chews – The wipes clean the outside; the supplement works on stool consistency. They do different jobs.

Cleaning is not a diagnosis – Persistent odour, scooting or soreness needs your pet examined rather than wiped.

Available at Boss Pets UK – With fast, tracked UK delivery.

Common Uses

Cleaning the anal area and controlling the odour from anal gland secretions, and quick clean-ups of paws, face and coat. Suitable for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.

Summary

Glandex® Anal Gland Pet Wipes are an easy way to keep your dog or cat’s rear end clean and to control anal gland odour. Made with an enzymatic deodoriser and soothing aloe vera and vitamin E, they are gentle enough for daily use. For ongoing scooting or gland problems, pair them with a vet check and, where recommended, the Glandex chews.

FAQs

What are Glandex® Pet Wipes used for?

Cleaning the anal area and other parts of your pet’s body, and controlling the odour from anal gland secretions.

Can I use them on my cat?

Yes. Glandex® Pet Wipes are suitable for both dogs and cats.

How often can I use them?

They are gentle enough for daily use on sensitive areas such as the rear end, paws and face. Stop if the skin becomes sore.

Will the wipes stop my pet scooting?

No. The wipes clean and deodorise the outside; they do not empty or treat the anal glands. Scooting usually means the glands are full, irritated or infected, or there is another cause such as worms or allergy, so a pet that keeps scooting should see a vet.

Are they safe for puppies and kittens?

Yes, when used as directed for external cleaning.

How do I store them?

In a cool, dry place with the container tightly closed so the wipes stay moist.
